I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, Army Veteran and Navy wife with over 7 years of experience working primarily as a non-profit counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, and career challenges. I have worked with individuals of all ages, couples, groups, and families. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Columbia University, and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University, I am currently finishing my Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University. Additionally, I have certificates in Trauma Counseling and am a licensed Drug Treatment Counselor.
My counseling style is caring and open-minded. I approach every individual with interest and respect. My approach combines existential, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused counseling. Every client is unique and I will tailor my counseling style to provide the best care for you.
